Camp USA Microsite Project
No Place Like Camp
This project started out as a request to produce a brochure for the Summer Camp department to share with prospective Camp Counselors interested in coming to the U.S. over the summer.
Instead, my team produced a microsite that provides a more engaging experience and that could be shared with prospects via email, phone, chat or QR code rather than require the team to attend in-person events in a pandemic.
Results
The website launched November 22, 2021 so the results are still being gathered. So far, there has been a significant uptick in Sign Ups on the new microsite when compared to the traditional web experience.
Targeted advertising campaigns
Advertising is currently limited to a UK audience and as a result of higher conversion, the advertising CPA is reduced also and ads perform better across the board. Tracked CVR on the control web experience is 8.7%, while the microsite converts at 14.7%
